Scope and roles
This policy covers the PeopleOS website, organization accounts and authorized users. Organizations choose the workforce data entered into PeopleOS and manage user access. Code Binary processes that data to provide and operate the service. Separate notices presented by an organization may also apply to its employees or candidates.
Data we process
- Account and organization details, including names, work contact details, credentials, roles and consent evidence.
- Workforce records entered by customers, such as employment, attendance, leave, schedule, payroll, banking, tax, benefits, performance, recruitment and offboarding information.
- Documents and files uploaded to workflows, including sensitive records where a customer chooses to use those features.
- Billing, subscription, invoice and payment status. Payment checkout is handled through the configured payment provider; PeopleOS records transaction and verification details needed for billing.
- Technical, security and audit information generated when the service is used.
How data is used
Data is used to create and secure accounts; deliver configured HR, payroll and operational workflows; authenticate users and enforce permissions; process billing; send service communications; provide support; maintain audit records; investigate failures or misuse; and respond to approved privacy, retention and erasure workflows.
Signup acceptance records the versions of these legal documents, the accepting user and organization, and the acceptance time.
Retention, erasure and account closure
PeopleOS includes configurable retention policies, review queues, legal or business holds, and erasure execution workflows. Withdrawing a consent record does not automatically erase related data.
The current organization closure flow soft-deletes the organization account and retains tenant data and billing history. A closure, privacy request or erasure request is therefore not a guarantee of immediate or complete deletion. Requests are assessed against the implemented workflow, configured retention rules, active holds and applicable obligations.
Privacy choices and requests
Authorized users can review assigned privacy notices and, where enabled, acknowledge, consent, decline or withdraw consent. Organizations can manage privacy requests and fulfilment records. To ask about access, correction, export, restriction or erasure, contact the organization that controls the account or email peopleos@cbtspv.com. The available response depends on the requester, data and applicable requirements.
Security
PeopleOS uses tenant-aware access controls, authentication, role permissions and audit records in the product. No security measure eliminates all risk, and this policy does not make a certification, availability or breach-prevention guarantee.
