The service
PeopleOS provides software for HR, attendance, leave, onboarding, work management, documents, billing, payroll calculation and related organizational workflows. Features and limits depend on the plan shown to the customer.
Managed Payroll is an optional, separately enabled operational service. It is not included merely because an organization uses PeopleOS payroll software.
Accounts and acceptable use
The customer controls its authorized users and is responsible for accurate account information, protecting credentials, assigning appropriate permissions, and having a lawful basis to place workforce data in the service. Users must not attempt unauthorized access, disrupt the service, or use it unlawfully.
Trials, subscriptions, payments and cancellation
The billing screen shows the current plan, trial end date, employee usage, applicable quote, taxes, payment due dates and billing history. A trial does not require a payment card unless the checkout flow says otherwise. When a trial or payment grace period ends, the implemented service may freeze changes while keeping data viewable and exportable.
Paid checkout presents the amount due before payment. Turning off autopay stops future automatic collection but does not itself cancel a subscription or remove outstanding amounts. Contact peopleos@cbtspv.com for subscription or cancellation requests.
REVIEW REQUIRED: Refund eligibility, cancellation effective dates, renewal commitments, and consequences beyond the behavior displayed in the product require approved commercial terms. No refund promise is made on this page.
Payroll software responsibilities
PeopleOS payroll features support calculations and records based on customer-provided settings and data. Customers should review inputs, calculations, approvals, payslips and payment outputs before relying on them.
REVIEW REQUIRED: Legal responsibility for statutory filings, remittances, payroll accuracy and any separately contracted Managed Payroll work must be defined in an approved customer agreement. The software alone does not represent that Code Binary has assumed those duties.
Customer data, privacy and account closure
Customers retain responsibility for the data they submit and the instructions they give PeopleOS. Processing is described in the Privacy Policy.
The current organization closure flow marks an organization deleted and retains tenant data and billing history. Privacy and erasure requests are assessed through configured retention, approval and legal-hold workflows; closure is not a promise of immediate or complete deletion.
Terms requiring legal review
REVIEW REQUIRED: Governing law, dispute process, warranties, liability limits, indemnities, service levels, intellectual-property licensing details and final Managed Payroll obligations must be approved by counsel before these terms are treated as a complete customer contract.
